मण्डलाग्रेण कर्तव्यं छेद्यमन्तर्विजानता । वृद्धिपत्रं हि तीक्ष्णाग्रं नारीं हिंस्यात् कदाचन ॥१६॥
"One should cut with the tip of the knife, knowing the inner aspects; for a sharp-edged knife can harm the woman at any time."

"चाकू की नोक से काटना चाहिए, आंतरिक पहलुओं को जानकर; क्योंकि तीक्ष्णधार वाला चाकू किसी भी समय स्त्री को नुकसान पहुंचा सकता है।"

"Then the physician should drop the lower portion, as before; or he may also take it out by pressing from the sides with his hands."

"फिर चिकित्सक को पूर्ववत् नीचे के हिस्से को गिराना चाहिए; या वह हाथों से किनारों को दबाकर भी इसे निकाल सकता है।"

"ज्ञानी चिकित्सक को बार-बार महिला के पेट के क्षेत्र को दबाना चाहिए, और इस प्रकार योनि क्षेत्र पर तेल लगाकर उसे गिराना चाहिए।"
