By grasping the bulbous part in the abdomen or under the arm, one should extract the fetus from the place of the obstruction. If there is an intact head, it should be pulled out from the neck; if there is an obstruction in the abdomen, one should cut the arms, and if the abdomen is distended with wind, it should be punctured to relieve the pressure and remove the fetus. If there is an obstruction at the pelvic region, one should extract the pelvic part."
