सुपिधानं तु तं कृत्वा यवपल्ले निधापयेत् । मासांस्त्रींश्चतुरोवाऽपि यावदालोहसङ्क्षयात् ॥१६॥
After preparing it well, one should place it on barley husk. It should be given for three months, or four, until the iron is reduced to ash.
