नेत्रवर्त्मगुदाभ्यासनाड्योऽवक्त्राः सशोणिताः । चुच्चूपोदकजैः श्लक्ष्णैः करीरैरेषयेत्तु ताः ॥४२॥

For wounds in sensitive areas such as the eyes, eyelids, rectum, and sinus wounds that are deep and filled with blood, the physician should probe them gently using smooth shoots of Karira or the fine tips of instruments made from bamboo or similar materials.

नेत्र, वर्त्म, गुदा, और अन्य गहरे नाड़ीव्रण जो रक्त से भरे हों, उनके लिए चिकित्सक को चिकने करीर पौधे की टहनियों या बांस जैसी वस्तुओं से बने नाजुक उपकरणों का उपयोग करके धीरे-धीरे जांच करनी चाहिए।
