Surya Siddhanta
मन्वन्तरव्यवस्था च प्राजापत्यम् उदाहृतम्। न तत्र द्युनिशोर् भेदो ब्राह्मम् कल्पः प्रकीर्तितम्॥
We have described the system of manwantara (time of Manu/patriarchate) previously which is styled as the präjäpätya (of Prajäpaté) standard. We do not have day or night division in this standard. An aeon (kalpa) is called the time of Brahmä or it is the brähmya (of Brahmä) standard.
