शृणुष्वैकमनाः पूर्वम् यद् उक्तम् ज्ञानम् उत्तमम् ।युगे युगे महर्षीणाम् स्वयम् एव विवस्वता ॥

- (O Maya), hear attentively the excellent knowledge (of the science of Astronomy) which the Sun himself formerly taught to the great saints in each of the Yugas.

zRNuSvaikamanAH pUrvam yad uktam jJAnam uttamam ।yuge yuge maharSINAm svayam eva vivasvatA ॥
