यस्मिन्निदं यतश्चेदं तिष्ठत्यप्येति जायते । मृण्मयेष्विव मृज्जातिस्तस्मै ते ब्रह्मणे नमः ॥ ६-१६-२२ ॥
As pots made completely of earth are situated on earth after being created and are transformed into earth again when broken, this cosmic manifestation is caused by the Supreme Brahman, situated in the Supreme Brahman, and annihilated in the same Supreme Brahman. Therefore, since the Supreme Lord is the cause of Brahman, let us offer Him our respectful obeisances. ॥ 6-16-22 ॥

जिस प्रकार मिट्टी के पात्र बनाये जाने के बाद पृथ्वी पर स्थित रहते हैं और तोड़ दिये जाने पर पुन: मिट्टी बन जाते हैं, उसी प्रकार से यह दृश्य जगत परम ब्रह्म द्वारा उत्पन्न किया जाता है, उन्हीं में स्थित रहता है और उन्हीं में विलीन हो जाता है। अत: ब्रह्म के कारण स्वरूप पूर्ण पुरुषोत्तम को हमारा सादर नमस्कार है। ॥ ६-१६-२२ ॥
