रजोभिः समसङ्ख्याताः पार्थिवैरिह जन्तवः । तेषां ये केचनेहन्ते श्रेयो वै मनुजादयः ।। ६-१४-३ ।।

sanskrit

In this material world there are as many living entities as atoms. Among these living entities, a very few are human beings, and among them, few are interested in following religious principles. ।। 6-14-3 ।।

english translation

इस भौतिक जगत में जीवात्माओं की संख्या उतनी ही है जितने कि धूल कण। इन जीवात्माओं में से कुछ ही मनुष्य होते हैं और उनमें से कुछ ही धार्मिक नियमों के पालन में रुचि दिखलाते हैं। ।। ६-१४-३ ।।
