ब्रह्महा पितृहा गोघ्नो मातृहाऽऽचार्यहाघवान् । श्वादः पुल्कसको वापि शुद्ध्येरन् यस्य कीर्तनात् ।। ६-१३-८ ।।

sanskrit

One who has killed a brāhmaṇa, one who has killed a cow or one who has killed his father, mother or spiritual master can be immediately freed from all sinful reactions simply by chanting the holy name of Lord Nārāyaṇa. Other sinful persons, such as dog-eaters and caṇḍālas, who are less than śūdras, can also be freed in this way. ।। 6-13-8 ।।

english translation

भगवान् नारायण के पवित्र नाम के जप-मात्र से ब्राह्मण, गाय, पिता, माता, गुरू की हत्या करने वाला मनुष्य समस्त पाप-फलों से तुरन्त मुक्त किया जा सकता है। अन्य पापी मनुष्य भी, यथा कुत्ते को खाने वाले तथा चांडाल, जो शूद्रों से भी निम्न हैं, इसी प्रकार से मुक्त हो जाते हैं। ।। ६-१३-८ ।।
