अन्तर्हितेन्द्रियार्थाय हरये विहिताञ्जलिः । सर्वभूतमयो विश्वं ससर्जेदं स पूर्ववत् ॥ २-९-३८ ॥
On the disappearance of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Hari, who is the object of transcendental enjoyment for the senses of devotees, Brahmā, with folded hands, began to re-create the universe, full with living entities, as it was previously. ॥ 2-9-38 ॥

भक्तों की इन्द्रियों को दिव्य आनन्द प्रदान करने वाले पूर्ण पुरुषोत्तम भगवान् हरि के अन्तर्धान हो जाने पर ब्रह्माजी हाथ जोड़े हुए ब्रह्माण्ड की जीवात्माओं से पूर्ण वैसी ही सृष्टि पुन: करने लगे जिस प्रकार वह इसके पूर्व थी। ॥ २-९-३८ ॥
