अधिदैवमथाध्यात्ममधिभूतमिति प्रभुः । यथैकं पौरुषं वीर्यं त्रिधाभिद्यत तच्छृणु ॥ २-१०-१४ ॥
Just hear from me how the potency of His Lordship divides one into three, called the controlling entities, the controlled entities and the material bodies, in the manner mentioned above. ॥ 2-10-14 ॥

मुझसे सुनो कि भगवान् अपनी एक शक्ति को किस प्रकार अधिदैव, अध्यात्म तथा अधिभूत नामक तीन भागों में विभक्त करते हैं, जिसका उल्लेख ऊपर हो चुका है। ॥ २-१०-१४ ॥
