Srimad Bhagavatam
अवतारो भगवतः कपिलस्य महात्मनः । देवहूत्याश्च संवादः कपिलेन च धीमता ॥ १२-१२-१३ ॥
The Bhāgavatam describes the incarnation of the Supreme Personality of Godhead as the exalted sage Kapila and records the conversation between that greatly learned soul and His mother, Devahūti. ॥ 12-12-13 ॥

भागवतम में भगवान के परम व्यक्तित्व के अवतार का वर्णन महान ऋषि कपिला के रूप में किया गया है और उस महान विद्वान आत्मा और उनकी माँ देवहुति के बीच की बातचीत को दर्ज किया गया है। ॥ १२-१२-१३ ॥
