The Bhāgavatam also describes the creation of demigods, animals and demoniac species of life; the birth of Lord Rudra; and the appearance of Svāyambhuva Manu from the half-man, half-woman Īśvara. ।। 12-12-11 ।।

भागवतम में देवताओं, जानवरों और जीवन की राक्षसी प्रजातियों के निर्माण का भी वर्णन किया गया है; भगवान रूद्र का जन्म; और आधे पुरुष, आधे स्त्री ईश्वर से स्वायंभुव मनु का आविर्भाव। ।। १२-१२-११ ।।
