Srimad Bhagavatam
तत्र ब्रह्मर्षयः सर्वे देवर्षयश्च सत्तम । राजर्षयश्च तत्रासन् द्रष्टुं भरतपुङ्गवम् ॥ १-९-५ ॥
Just to see the chief of the descendants of King Bharata ॥ Bhīṣma॥, all the great souls in the universe, namely the ṛṣis amongst the demigods, brāhmaṇas and kings, all situated in the quality of goodness, were assembled there. ॥ 1-9-5 ॥
english translation
राजा भरत के वंशजों में प्रधान (भीष्म) को देखने के लिए ब्रह्माण्ड के सारे सतोगुणी महापुरुष, यथा देवर्षि, ब्रह्मर्षि तथा राजर्षि वहाँ पर एकत्र हुए थे। ॥ १-९-५ ॥
