Srimad Bhagavatam
द्वितीयंतुभवायास्य रसातलगतां महीम् । उद्धरिष्यन्नुपादत्तयज्ञेशः सौकरंवपुः ॥ १-३-७ ॥
The supreme enjoyer of all sacrifices accepted the incarnation of a boar ॥ the second incarnation॥, and for the welfare of the earth He lifted the earth from the nether regions of the universe. ॥ 1-3-7 ॥

समस्त यज्ञों के परम भोक्ता ने सूकर का अवतार (द्वितीय अवतार) स्वीकार किया और पृथ्वी के कल्याण हेतु उसे ब्रह्माण्ड के रसातल क्षेत्र से ऊपर उठाया। ॥ १-३-७ ॥
