Srimad Bhagavatam
जन्मगुह्यं भगवतोय एतत्प्रयतोनरः । सायं प्रातर्गृणन्भक्त्या दुःखग्रामाद्विमुच्यते ॥ १-३-२९ ॥
Whoever carefully recites the mysterious appearances of the Lord, with devotion in the morning and in the evening, gets relief from all miseries of life. ॥ 1-3-29 ॥

जो कोई भी भगवान् के गुह्य अवतारों का सावधानीपूर्वक प्रतिदिन सुबह तथा शाम को पाठ करता है, वह जीवन के समस्त दुखों से छूट जाता है। ॥ १-३-२९ ॥
