परो ध्येयो ऽधिदेवेशः समाप्ताथर्वणी श्रुतिः ॥ तथा शिवा परा ध्येया सर्वभूतगतौ शिवौ ॥ ५४ ॥
The supreme object of meditation is the Lord of the demigods, the complete Atharva Veda. Similarly Shiva is the supreme meditation and Shiva is the source of all beings.
