अव्याक्षिप्तेन मनसा ध्यानं नाम तदुच्यते ॥ ध्येयावस्थितचित्तस्य सदृशः प्रत्ययश्च यः ॥ ५२ ॥

sanskrit

That which is done with the mind undisturbed is called meditation. and the conviction which is similar to that of the mind fixed in the goal.

english translation

avyAkSiptena manasA dhyAnaM nAma taducyate ॥ dhyeyAvasthitacittasya sadRzaH pratyayazca yaH ॥ 52 ॥
