Shiva Purana
परमाकाशमध्यस्थं परमात्मोपरि स्थितं ॥ सर्वैश्वर्येण संपन्नं सर्वेश्वरमनीश्वरम् ॥ ३० ॥
It is situated in the midst of the supreme sky and above the Supreme Soul. He is endowed with all opulence and is the Lord of all and the Lord of all.
