Shiva Purana
शिवार्चनरतं शांतं शांत्यतीतं मखास्थितम् ॥ पञ्चाक्षरांतिमं बीजं कलाभिः पञ्चभिर्युतम् ॥ २८ ॥
He was engaged in the worship of Lord Śiva and was peaceful and transcended peace and was in the sacrifice. The five-syllable seed is composed of five arts.
