नास्तिकाश्च शठाश्चैव कृतघ्नाश्चैव तामसाः ॥ पाषंडाश्चातिपापाश्च वर्तंतां दूरतो मम ॥ १७६ ॥
May the atheists, tenacious rogues, ungrateful and Tāmasic heretics and great sinners be far away from me.
english translation
nAstikAzca zaThAzcaiva kRtaghnAzcaiva tAmasAH ॥ pASaMDAzcAtipApAzca vartaMtAM dUrato mama ॥ 176 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptबहुभिः किं स्तुतैरत्र ये ऽपि के ऽपिचिदास्तिकाः ॥ सर्वे मामनुगृह्णंतु संतः शंसंतु मंगलम् ॥ १७७ ॥
Of what avail is the long eulogy? Let all the faithful bless me. Let all good men pronounce everything auspicious.
english translation
bahubhiH kiM stutairatra ye 'pi ke 'picidAstikAH ॥ sarve mAmanugRhNaMtu saMtaH zaMsaMtu maMgalam ॥ 177 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptनमश्शिवाय सांबाय ससुतायादिहेतवे ॥ पञ्चावरणरूपेण प्रपञ्चेनावृताय ते ॥ १७८ ॥
Obeisance to Śiva accompanied by Śivā. Obeisance to you the primordial cause accompanied by your son. Obeisance to you encircled by the universe in the form of five Āvaraṇas.
english translation
namazzivAya sAMbAya sasutAyAdihetave ॥ paJcAvaraNarUpeNa prapaJcenAvRtAya te ॥ 178 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptइत्युक्त्वा दंडवद्भूमौ प्रणिपत्य शिवं शिवाम् ॥ जपेत्पञ्चाक्षरीं विद्यामष्टोत्तरशतावराम् ॥ १७९ ॥
After saying this he shall prostrate before Śiva and Śivā and perform the Japa of the five-syllabled mantra not less than hundred and eight times.
english translation
ityuktvA daMDavadbhUmau praNipatya zivaM zivAm ॥ japetpaJcAkSarIM vidyAmaSTottarazatAvarAm ॥ 179 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतथैव शक्तिविद्यां च जपित्वा तत्समर्पणम् ॥ कृत्वा तं क्षमयित्वेशं पूजाशेषं समापयेत् ॥ १८० ॥
Similarly he shall perform the Japa of Śakti mantra, dedicate it to Śiva and crave forgiveness. He shall thus conclude the remaining rites of worship.

tathaiva zaktividyAM ca japitvA tatsamarpaNam ॥ kRtvA taM kSamayitvezaM pUjAzeSaM samApayet ॥ 180 ॥
