सांख्या वैशेषिकाश्चैव यौगा नैयायिका नराः ॥ सौरा ब्रह्मास्तथा रौद्रा वैष्णवाश्चापरे नराः ॥ १७१ ॥
The men of Sāṅkhya, Vaiśeṣika and Yoga are the philosophers of the Vedas. Soura Brahma and Raudra and other Vaishnava men.

शिष्टाः सर्वे विशिष्टा च शिवशासनयंत्रिताः ॥ कर्मेदमनुमन्यंतां ममाभिप्रेतसाधकम् ॥ १७२ ॥
All of them were learned and distinguished and were controlled by the command of Lord Śiva. Let this action be permitted which will accomplish my desire.
english translation
शैवाः सिद्धांतमार्गस्थाः शैवाः पाशुपतास्तथा ॥ शैवा महाव्रतधराः शैवाः कापालिकाः परे ॥ १७३ ॥
The Shivas follow the path of Siddhanta and the Shivas are the Pashupatas The others are the Shivas who observe great vows and the Shivas who are Kapalis.
english translation
शिवाज्ञापालकाः पूज्या ममापि शिवशासनात् ॥ सर्वे ममानुगृह्णंतु शंसंतु सफलक्रियाम् ॥ १७४ ॥
Those who obey Lord Śiva’s commands are to be worshiped by me too, for Lord Śiva commands them. May all be gracious to me and praise my successful deeds.

दक्षिणज्ञाननिष्ठाश्च दक्षिणोत्तरमार्गगाः ॥ अविरोधेन वर्तंतां मंत्रश्रेयो ऽर्थिनो मम ॥ १७५ ॥
Those who adhere to the path of knowledge according to the southerners, those who follow the southern cult and the northern cult abide by me without mutual clash since I wish and seek the welfare through the mantras.
