भुवनान्यपि सर्वाणि भुवनानामधीश्वरः ॥ अण्डान्यावरणैस्सार्धं मासाश्च दश दिग्गजाः ॥ १६१ ॥

वर्णाः पदानि मंत्राश्च तत्त्वान्यपि सहाधिपैः ॥ ब्रह्मांडधारका रुद्रा रुद्राश्चान्ये सशक्तिकाः ॥ १६२ ॥
The varṇas, the steps, the mantras and the elements are also described with the rulers. The Rudras who hold the universe and other Rudras with their powers.

यच्च किंचिज्जगत्यस्मिन्दृष्टं चानुमितं श्रुतम् ॥ सर्वे कामं प्रयच्छन्तु शिवयोरेव शासनात् ॥ १६३ ॥
Whatever we have seen, inferred or heard in this world May all grant their desires by the command of Lord Shiva and Lord Brahma.

अथ विद्या परा शैवी पशुपाशविमोचिनी ॥ पञ्चार्थसंज्ञिता दिव्या पशुविद्याबहिष्कृता ॥ १६४ ॥
This is the supreme knowledge known as Śiva, which liberates from the ropes of animals. The divine is called Panchartha and is excluded from the science of animals.

शास्त्रं च शिवधर्माख्यं धर्माख्यं च तदुत्तरम् ॥ शैवाख्यं शिवधर्माख्यं पुराणं श्रुतिसंमितम् ॥ १६५ ॥
The scriptures known as Śivadharma and the next scripture known as Dharma are also known as Dharma. The Purana called Shiva and Shivadharma is compiled by the Vedas.
