तेषां हि सफलं जन्म कृतार्थास्ते नरोत्तमाः ॥ भवभक्तिपरा ये च भवप्रणतचेतसः ॥ १६ ॥

Their birth is successful and they are the best of men who have achieved their goals. And those who are devoted to the devotion of Bhava and whose minds are bowed down to Bhava.

Wealth is the fruit of the ritual of worshiping Lord Śiva until one is satisfied. Those who desire great pleasures and kingdom in the abode of the gods.

They always desire the lotus feet of Lord Śiva. Fortune is the brightness of the form and the mode of goodness is the feeling of renunciation.

One who worships Lord Śiva will gain prowess and fame in the world. Therefore he abandoned everything and concentrated on Lord Siva alone.
