रत्नानि रजतं हेम गन्धपुष्पाक्षतादयः ॥ फलपल्लवदर्भांश्च पुण्यद्रव्याण्यनेकधा ॥ ६ ॥
The holy materials of worship are many such as gems, silver, gold, scents, flowers, Akṣatas, fruits, sprouts and Darbha grass.
english translation
ratnAni rajataM hema gandhapuSpAkSatAdayaH ॥ phalapallavadarbhAMzca puNyadravyANyanekadhA ॥ 6 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptस्नानोदके सुगन्धादि पानीये च विशेषतः ॥ शीतलानि मनोज्ञानी कुसुमादीनि निक्षिपेत् ॥ ७ ॥
In the water for ablution and particularly in that intended for drinking, sweet scents as well as cool and charming flowers shall be put.
english translation
snAnodake sugandhAdi pAnIye ca vizeSataH ॥ zItalAni manojJAnI kusumAdIni nikSipet ॥ 7 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptउशीरं चन्दनं चैव पाद्ये तु परिकल्पयेत् ॥ जातिकंकोलकर्पूरबहुमूलतमालकान् ॥ ८ ॥
Uśīra and sandalwood paste should be placed on the feet of the Lord. jatikankolakarpurabahumulatamala.

uzIraM candanaM caiva pAdye tu parikalpayet ॥ jAtikaMkolakarpUrabahumUlatamAlakAn ॥ 8 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptक्षिपेदाचमनीये च चूर्णयित्वा विशेषतः ॥ एलां पात्रेषु सर्वेषु कर्पूरं चन्दनं तथा ॥ ९ ॥
After grinding the mixture, one should throw it into a washbasin. Elm in all the vessels camphor and sandalwood.

kSipedAcamanIye ca cUrNayitvA vizeSataH ॥ elAM pAtreSu sarveSu karpUraM candanaM tathA ॥ 9 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकुशाग्राण्यक्षतांश्चैव यवव्रीहितिलानपि ॥ आज्यसिद्धार्थपुष्पाणि भसितञ्चार्घ्यपात्रके ॥ १० ॥
In the Arghya vessel all these materials shall be put—shoots of Kuśa grass, Akṣatas, barley, gingelly seeds, other grains, ghee, white mustard, flowers and Bhasma.
