इति संक्षेपतः प्रोक्तः संस्कारः समयाह्वयः ॥ साक्षाच्छिवपुरप्राप्तौ नृणां परमसाधनम् ॥ ७८ ॥

Thus the consecration ‘Samaya’ has been briefly explained to you. It is the greatest means in attaining the city of Śiva himself.
