तत्राश्चर्यं महद्दृष्ट्वा मत्समीपं गमिष्यथ ॥ ततो वः कथयिष्यामि मोक्षोपाय द्विजोत्तमाः ॥ ५१ ॥
O excellent brahmins, after seeing the great wonder therein you come to me again. Then I shall tell you the means of salvation.
english translation
tatrAzcaryaM mahaddRSTvA matsamIpaM gamiSyatha ॥ tato vaH kathayiSyAmi mokSopAya dvijottamAH ॥ 51 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयेनैकजन्मना मुक्तिर्युष्मत्करतले स्थिता ॥ अनेकजन्मसंसारबंधनिर्मोक्षकारिणी ॥ ५२ ॥
Thereby in a single birth, salvation comes within your reach, salvation which sets you free from the bondage of births and transmigrations.
english translation
yenaikajanmanA muktiryuSmatkaratale sthitA ॥ anekajanmasaMsArabaMdhanirmokSakAriNI ॥ 52 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएतन्मनोमयं चक्रं मया सृष्टं विसृज्यते ॥ यत्रास्य शीर्यते नेमिः स देशस्तपसश्शुभः ॥ ५३ ॥
Now I am releasing this mentally created wheel. The place where its rim gets shattered is auspicious for your penance.
english translation
etanmanomayaM cakraM mayA sRSTaM visRjyate ॥ yatrAsya zIryate nemiH sa dezastapasazzubhaH ॥ 53 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptइत्युक्त्वा सूर्यसंकाशं चक्रं दृष्ट्वा मनोमयम् ॥ प्रणिपत्य महादेवं विससर्ज पितामहः ॥ ५४ ॥
After saying this Brahmā created a mental wheel as bright as the sun. After bowing to lord Śiva he released it.
english translation
ityuktvA sUryasaMkAzaM cakraM dRSTvA manomayam ॥ praNipatya mahAdevaM visasarja pitAmahaH ॥ 54 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptते ऽपि हृष्टतरा विप्राः प्रणम्य जगतां प्रभुम् ॥ प्रययुस्तस्य चक्रस्य यत्र नेमिरशीर्यत ॥ ५५ ॥
Those delighted brahmins bowed to the lord and pursued the wheel to the place where its rim got shattered.

te 'pi hRSTatarA viprAH praNamya jagatAM prabhum ॥ prayayustasya cakrasya yatra nemirazIryata ॥ 55 ॥
