महाशरभशार्दूलसिंहैः सदृशविक्रमम् ॥ प्रशस्तमत्तमातंगसमानगमनालसम् ॥ ३१ ॥
He was as mighty as the great elephant the tiger and the lion He was praiseworthy and eager to walk like a drunken elephant.
english translation
mahAzarabhazArdUlasiMhaiH sadRzavikramam ॥ prazastamattamAtaMgasamAnagamanAlasam ॥ 31 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशंखचामरकुंदेन्दुमृणालसदृशप्रभम् ॥ सतुषारमिवाद्रीन्द्रं साक्षाज्जंगमतां गतम् ॥ ३२ ॥
Its radiance resembles that of a conchshell, cāmara, kunda, moon and lotuses. Like the king of mountains with snow it has become movable in person.

zaMkhacAmarakuMdendumRNAlasadRzaprabham ॥ satuSAramivAdrIndraM sAkSAjjaMgamatAM gatam ॥ 32 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptज्वालामालापरिक्षिप्तं दीप्तमौक्तिकभूषणम् ॥ तेजसा चैव दीव्यंतं युगांत इव पावकम् ॥ ३३ ॥
It was adorned with glowing pearls and was adorned with a garland of flames. It was glowing with effulgence like the fire of the end of the ages.

jvAlAmAlAparikSiptaM dIptamauktikabhUSaNam ॥ tejasA caiva dIvyaMtaM yugAMta iva pAvakam ॥ 33 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptस जानुभ्यां महीं गत्वा प्रणतः प्रांजलिस्ततः ॥ पार्श्वतो देवदेवस्य पर्यतिष्ठद्गणेश्वरः ॥ ३४ ॥
That chief of Gaṇas knelt and bowed. With palms joined in reverence he stood beside the lord of gods.

sa jAnubhyAM mahIM gatvA praNataH prAMjalistataH ॥ pArzvato devadevasya paryatiSThadgaNezvaraH ॥ 34 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptमन्युना चासृजद्भद्रां भद्रकालीं महेश्वरीम् ॥ आत्मनः कर्मसाक्षित्वे तेन गंतुं सहैव तु ॥ ३५ ॥
With his anger he created Bhadrā the goddess Kālī as a witness of his activities and his companion.
