क्व देव ते परं धाम क्व च तुच्छं च नो वचः ॥ तथापि भगवन् भक्त्या प्रलपंतं क्षमस्व माम् ॥ ३१ ॥
O lord, where is your great splendour and where the worthless words of ours. Still O lord, forgive me that babble but with devotion.
english translation
kva deva te paraM dhAma kva ca tucchaM ca no vacaH ॥ tathApi bhagavan bhaktyA pralapaMtaM kSamasva mAm ॥ 31 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptविज्ञाप्यैवंविधैः सूक्तैर्विश्वकर्मा चतुर्मुखः ॥ नमश्चकार रुद्राय रद्राण्यै च मुहुर्मुहुः ॥ ३२ ॥
After eulogising with these and similar hymns the four-faced lord, the creator of the universe bowed again and again to Rudra and Rudrāṇī.
english translation
vijJApyaivaMvidhaiH sUktairvizvakarmA caturmukhaH ॥ namazcakAra rudrAya radrANyai ca muhurmuhuH ॥ 32 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptइदं स्तोत्रवरं पुण्यं ब्रह्मणा समुदीरितम् ॥ अर्धनारीश्वरं नाम शिवयोर्हर्षवर्धनम् ॥ ३३ ॥
This holy and excellent hymn “Ardhanārīśvara Stotra” uttered by Brahma enhances the delight of Śiva and Śivā.
english translation
idaM stotravaraM puNyaM brahmaNA samudIritam ॥ ardhanArIzvaraM nAma zivayorharSavardhanam ॥ 33 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptय इदं कीर्तयेद्भक्त्या यस्य कस्यापि शिक्षया ॥ स तत्फलमवाप्नोति शिवयोः प्रीतिकारणात् ॥ ३४ ॥
He who recites this with devotion or teaches to anyone whatsoever reaps the fruit thereof as a result of the pleasure of Śiva and Śivā.
english translation
ya idaM kIrtayedbhaktyA yasya kasyApi zikSayA ॥ sa tatphalamavApnoti zivayoH prItikAraNAt ॥ 34 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptसकलभुवनभूतभावनाभ्यां जननविनाशविहीनविग्रहाभ्याम् ॥ नरवरयुवतीवपुर्धराभ्यां सततमहं प्रणतोस्मि शंकराभ्याम् ॥ ३५ ॥
I bow to Śiva and Śivā the sanctifiers of living beings in the entire universe; the couple whose bodies are devoid of birth and death and who have taken the bodies of an excellent man and a youthful maiden.
