ब्रह्मोवाच ॥ नमस्ते भगवन् रुद्र भास्करामिततेजसे ॥ नमो भवाय देवाय रसायाम्बुमयात्मने ॥ शर्वाय क्षितिरूपाय नन्दीसुरभये नमः ॥ ४१ ॥

sanskrit

Brahma said, O Lord Rudra, Your effulgence is unlimited by the sun. Obeisances to Lord Śiva, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, who is the source of all taste and water. O Lord Śarvaya, You are the form of the earth and You are fearless of Nandi.

Obeisances unto You, lord of the Vasus, whose soul is full of touch. O lord of the animals, O fire, you are very effulgent. O frightening one, you are the form of the sky, and you are the only sound.

IzAya vasave tubhyaM namassparzamayAtmane ॥ pazUnAM pataye caiva pAvakAyAtitejase ॥ bhImAya vyomarUpAya zabdamAtrAya te namaH ॥ 42 ॥
