तस्मात्संभोगयोग्यत्वं तस्यास्त्वय्येव शोभते ॥ नारीरत्नं यतः सा वै पुंरत्नं च भवान्प्रभो ॥ ३१॥
Hence the fitness for sexual indulgence with her rests only in you since she is a gem among ladies and O lord, you are a gem among men.
english translation
tasmAtsaMbhogayogyatvaM tasyAstvayyeva zobhate ॥ nArIratnaM yataH sA vai puMratnaM ca bhavAnprabho ॥ 31॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptइत्युक्तं चण्डमुण्डाभ्यां निशम्य स महासुरः ॥ दूतं सुग्रीवनामानं प्रेषयामास तां प्रति ॥ ३२ ॥
On hearing the words of Caṇḍa and Muṇḍa that great demon Śumbha sent a messenger Sugrīva to her.
english translation
ityuktaM caNDamuNDAbhyAM nizamya sa mahAsuraH ॥ dUtaM sugrIvanAmAnaM preSayAmAsa tAM prati ॥ 32 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptगच्छ दूत तुषाराद्रौ तत्रास्ते कापि सुन्दरी ॥ सा नेतव्या प्रयत्नेन कथयित्वा वचो मम ॥ ३३ ॥
“O messenger, there is a certain beautiful lady on the snow-capped mountain. Mentioning these words of mine she shall be strenuously brought here”.
english translation
gaccha dUta tuSArAdrau tatrAste kApi sundarI ॥ sA netavyA prayatnena kathayitvA vaco mama ॥ 33 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptइति विज्ञापितस्तेन सुग्रीवो दानवोत्तमः ॥ गत्वा हिमाचलं प्राह जगदम्बां महेश्वरीम् ॥ ३४ ॥
Thus urged by him, the excellent Dānava Sugrīva went to Himācala and spoke to the great goddess, the mother of the universe.

iti vijJApitastena sugrIvo dAnavottamaH ॥ gatvA himAcalaM prAha jagadambAM mahezvarIm ॥ 34 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदूत उवाच ॥ देवि शुंभासुरो दैत्यो निशुंभस्तस्य चानुजः ॥ विख्यातस्त्रिषु लोकेषु महा बलपराक्रमः ॥ ३५॥
The messenger said:— O gentle lady, the Daitya Śumbha and his brother Niśumbha are very strong and valorous. They are famous in the three worlds.

dUta uvAca ॥ devi zuMbhAsuro daityo nizuMbhastasya cAnujaH ॥ vikhyAtastriSu lokeSu mahA balaparAkramaH ॥ 35॥
