मृतश्चाहं पुनर्जातो जातश्चाहं पुनर्मृतः ॥ नानायोनिसहस्राणि मया दृष्टानि जायता ॥ २६ ॥
“I am dead and born many times In these different births I have seen many types of wombs.
english translation
mRtazcAhaM punarjAto jAtazcAhaM punarmRtaH ॥ nAnAyonisahasrANi mayA dRSTAni jAyatA ॥ 26 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअधुना जातमात्रोऽहं प्राप्तसंस्कार एव च ॥ श्रेयोऽमुना करिष्यामि येन गर्भे न संभवः ॥ २७ ॥
This time when I am born and consecrated I shall strive for welfare by means of this body so that I may not have to stay in another womb in future.
english translation
adhunA jAtamAtro'haM prAptasaMskAra eva ca ॥ zreyo'munA kariSyAmi yena garbhe na saMbhavaH ॥ 27 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptगर्भस्थश्चिंतयत्येवमहं गर्भाद्विनिस्सृतः ॥ अन्वेष्यामि शिवज्ञानं संसारविनिवर्तकम् ॥ २८॥
So thinks the child in the womb “As soon as I am released from this womb I shall seek Śiva’s perfect knowledge that repels all worldly existence.”
english translation
garbhasthazciMtayatyevamahaM garbhAdvinissRtaH ॥ anveSyAmi zivajJAnaM saMsAravinivartakam ॥ 28॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएवं स गर्भदुःखेन महता परिपीडितः ॥ जीवः कर्मवशादास्ते मोक्षोपायं विचिंतयन् ॥ २९ ॥
Troubled and tormented by the distress in the womb as a result of his past actions the individual soul stays there pondering over the means of liberation.
english translation
evaM sa garbhaduHkhena mahatA paripIDitaH ॥ jIvaH karmavazAdAste mokSopAyaM viciMtayan ॥ 29 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयथा गिरिवराक्रांतः कश्चिद्दुःखेन तिष्ठति ॥ तथा जरायुणा देही दुःखं तिष्ठति वेष्टितः ॥ ३० ॥
Just as a traveller surrounded by huge impassable mountains on all sides stands helplessly in his distress, so also the creature in the womb enveloped by the embryonic skin stays miserably.

yathA girivarAkrAMtaH kazcidduHkhena tiSThati ॥ tathA jarAyuNA dehI duHkhaM tiSThati veSTitaH ॥ 30 ॥
