उदयति यदि भानुः पश्चिमे दिग्विभागे प्रचलति यदि मेरुश्शीततां याति वह्निः ॥ विकसति यदि पद्मं पर्वताग्रे शिलायां न हि चलति हठो मे सत्यमेतद्ब्रवीमि॥६९॥

sanskrit

Even if the sun were to rise in the west, even if the mountain Meru were to move; even if the fire were to be cool and even if the lotus were to bloom on a rock at the top of a mountain, my stubbornness cannot be nullified. I am telling you the truth.

english translation

udayati yadi bhAnuH pazcime digvibhAge pracalati yadi meruzzItatAM yAti vahniH ॥ vikasati yadi padmaM parvatAgre zilAyAM na hi calati haTho me satyametadbravImi॥69॥
