दिव्यरूपं धृतं मेद्य यत्ते मत्स्मरणं भवेत्॥ अन्यथा मर्त्यभावेन तवाज्ञानं भवेन्मयि ॥५१॥
I have assumed the divine form now, so that you may be reminded of me. In a human form if I had appeared, it would have put you out of knowledge about me.
english translation
divyarUpaM dhRtaM medya yatte matsmaraNaM bhavet॥ anyathA martyabhAvena tavAjJAnaM bhavenmayi ॥51॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयुवां मां पुत्रिभावेन दिव्यभावेन वा सकृत् ॥ चिन्तयन्तौ कृतस्नेहौ यातास्स्थो मद्गतिम्पराम् ॥५२॥
Constantly thinking of me in the form of your daughter, or in the divine form with love, both of you will surely attain my region, the great goal.
english translation
yuvAM mAM putribhAvena divyabhAvena vA sakRt ॥ cintayantau kRtasnehau yAtAsstho madgatimparAm ॥52॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदेवकार्यं करिष्यामि लीलां कृत्वा द्भुतां क्षितौ ॥ शम्भुपत्नी भविष्यामि तारयिष्यामि सज्जनान्॥५३॥
. I shall do the work of the gods showing my wonderfully divine sports. I shall become the wife of Śiva and redeem good men.
english translation
devakAryaM kariSyAmi lIlAM kRtvA dbhutAM kSitau ॥ zambhupatnI bhaviSyAmi tArayiSyAmi sajjanAn॥53॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptब्रह्मोवाच॥ इत्युक्त्वासीच्छिवा तूष्णीमम्बिका स्वात्त्ममायया॥ पश्यन्त्यां मातरि प्रीत्या सद्योऽऽभूत्तनया तनुः ॥५४॥
Brahmā said: After saying thus Śivā kept quiet. Even as the mother was watching with pleasure, she assumed the body of a daughter by her power of illusion.
