ततो विष्णुगणान् तान्वै नियुध्य बहुशो रणे ।। ददाह सहसा सर्वान् दधी चश्शैव सत्तमः ।। 2.2.39.३० ।।

sanskrit

Then withstanding the entire hosts of Viṣṇugaṇas, Dadhīca, the most excellent of the devotees of Śiva, burnt them all in the battle.

english translation

tato viSNugaNAn tAnvai niyudhya bahuzo raNe || dadAha sahasA sarvAn dadhI cazzaiva sattamaH || 2.2.39.30 ||
