कुबेरेणैव संगम्य कूष्मांडपतिरादरात् ॥ युयुधे बलवान् वीरो ध्यात्वा हृदि महेश्वरम् ॥१६॥
Meditating on Lord Śiva in his heart, the strong and heroic Kūṣmāṇḍapati clashed with Kubera and fought terribly.
english translation
kubereNaiva saMgamya kUSmAMDapatirAdarAt ॥ yuyudhe balavAn vIro dhyAtvA hRdi mahezvaram ॥16॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयोगिनीचक्रसंयुक्तो भैरवीनायको महान् ॥ विदीर्य्य देवानखिलान्पपौ शोणितमद्भुतम् ॥ १७ ॥
Splitting up all the Devas, the great leader of Bhairavī in collaboration with the circle of Yoginīs, drank much of their blood.

hk transliteration by Sanscriptक्षेत्रपालास्तथा तत्र बुभुक्षुः सुरपुंगवान् ॥ काली चापि विदार्यैव तान्पपौ रुधिरं बहु ॥ १८ ॥
Desirous of gobbling up the leading devas, Kālī split them and drank their blood. Kṣetrapāla too did the same.

kSetrapAlAstathA tatra bubhukSuH surapuMgavAn ॥ kAlI cApi vidAryaiva tAnpapau rudhiraM bahu ॥ 18 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptअथ विष्णुर्महातेजा युयुधे तैश्च शत्रुहा ॥ चक्रं चिक्षेप वेगेन दहन्निव दिशो दश ॥ १९ ॥
Then Viṣṇu, the slayer of enemies and who was excessively brilliant, hurled his discus and fought with them. The discus seemed to burn the ten directions.

Kṣetrapāla saw the discus coming on. He ran to the place and bravely caught hold of it.
