हृदि स्थाप्योरसि धिया स्थितं कंठाद्भ्रुवोस्सती ।। अनिंदितानयन्मध्यं शंकरप्राणवल्लभा ।। ५ ।।

Having first established the vital energy in the heart, and then with concentrated intellect directing it to the chest, the flawless Sati, beloved of Shiva's very breath, drew the energy upward from the throat to the center between the eyebrows.

english translation

hRdi sthApyorasi dhiyA sthitaM kaMThAdbhruvossatI || aniMditAnayanmadhyaM zaMkaraprANavallabhA || 5 ||
