सीतारूपां सतीं दृष्ट्वा जपन्नाम शिवेति च ।। विहस्य तत्प्रविज्ञाय नत्वावोचद्रघूद्वहः ।।४८।।

sanskrit

On seeing Satī, in the guise of Sītā, Rāma the scion of Raghu’s race repeated the name Śiva, realised the truth and laughed. He bowed to her and said.

english translation

sItArUpAM satIM dRSTvA japannAma ziveti ca || vihasya tatpravijJAya natvAvocadraghUdvahaH ||48||
