परंतु यादृशीं कांतां ग्रहीष्यामि तथापणम् ॥ तच्छृणुष्व हरे ब्रह्मन् युक्तमेव वचो मम ॥ ३७ ॥
O Viṣṇu, O Brahmā, you must hear what sort of a wife I will be taking in accordance with that promise. What I say is indeed proper.
