न तादृशी देवलोके न मर्त्ये न रसातले ॥ कालत्रयेपि वै नारी सम्पूर्णगुणशालिनी॥२१॥
Neither in human world nor in that of the Devas was there such a woman of complete perfection in all qualities. Nor was there such a woman in nether worlds in all the three times (past, present and future).
english translation
दृष्ट्वाहं तां समुत्थाय चिन्तयन्हृदि हृद्गतम्॥ दक्षादयश्च स्रष्टारो मरीच्याद्याश्च मत्सुताः ॥२२॥
On seeing her I involuntarily got up. Various thoughts rose. up in my heart. Dakṣa and others—the Prajāpatis, Marīci and others—all my sons, felt similarly.
english translation
एवं चिंतयतो मे हि ब्रह्मणो मुनिसत्तम ॥ मानसः पुरुषो मंजुराविर्भूतो महाद्भुतः ॥ २३ ॥
O best of sages, when I Brahmā, thought like this, a wonderfully Beautiful Being appeared as my mental creation.
english translation
कांचनीकृतजाताभः पीनोरस्कस्सुनासिकः ॥ सुवृत्तोरुकटीजंघो नीलवेलितकेसरः ॥२४॥
His matted locks shone like gold, His chest was broad, and his nose well-shaped. With well-formed thighs, hips, and shanks, His mane (or hair) was dark blue and flowing like waves.
english translation
लग्नभ्रूयुगलो लोलः पूर्णचन्द्रनिभाननः ॥ कपाटायतसद्वक्षो रोमराजीवराजितः ॥२५॥
His eyebrows closely set and slightly quivering, His face shining like the full moon. With a broad, noble chest, like an opened double-door, Adorned with rows of fine body hair like lotus filaments.
