करालं संशुष्कं बहुभुजलताक्रांतकुपितो विनिष्क्रांतः कर्णाद्रणशिरसि शंभोश्च भगवान् ॥३५॥
It had a very terrible and hard aspect characterised by several arms. Angrily the lord Viṣṇu projected from the wings of the army and stood ahead of the Gaṇas.
