सनत्कुमार उवाच ॥ इति नारदतः श्रुत्वा स दैत्येन्द्रो जलंधरः ॥ स्वसमृद्धिं समग्रां वै दर्शयामास सादरम् ॥३१॥
Sanatkumāra said: On hearing these words of Nārada the lord of Daityas Jalandhara showed all his glory to Nārada.
english translation
दृष्ट्वा स नारदो ज्ञानी देवकार्यसुसाधकः ॥ प्रभुप्रेरणया प्राह दैत्येन्द्रं तं जलंधरम् ॥३२॥
On seeing it, the wise Nārada, eager to realise the interests of the gods, spoke to the king of Daityas, Jalandhara, induced by the lord.
english translation
नारद् उवाच ॥ तवास्ति सुसमृद्धिर्हि वरवीर खिलाधुना ॥ त्रैलोक्यस्य पतिस्त्वं हि चित्रं किं चात्र संभवम् ॥ ३३ ॥
Nārada said: O foremost among heroes, you have everything conducive to prosperity. You are the lord of the three worlds. What wonder that you possess this wealth.
english translation
मणयो रत्नपुंजाश्च गजाद्याश्च समृद्धयः ॥ ते गृहेऽद्य विभांतीह यानि रत्नानि तान्यपि ॥३४॥
Big jewels, heaps of gems, elephants and other adjuncts to prosperity flourish in your mansion. Whatever valuable thing there is in the worlds finds a place here.
english translation
गजरत्नं त्वयानीतं शक्रस्यैरावतस्तथा ॥ अश्वरत्नं महावीर सूर्यस्योच्चैःश्रवा हयः ॥ ३५॥
O great hero, the most excellent of all elephants, Airāvata of lndra has been brought by you. The most excellent of all horses, Uccaiḥśravas of the sun has been brought by you.
