एका प्रचंडरूपं च धृत्वातिष्ठन्महामुने ॥ श्यामपर्वतसंकांशं विस्तीर्य मुखगह्वरम् ॥४६॥
O great sage, one Śakti assumed a very fierce form and stood there opening her mouth as wide as the cavern of a dark mountain.

ekA pracaMDarUpaM ca dhRtvAtiSThanmahAmune ॥ zyAmaparvatasaMkAMzaM vistIrya mukhagahvaram ॥46॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएका विद्युत्स्वरूपा च बहुहस्तसमन्विता ॥ भयंकरा महादेवी दुष्टदंडविधायिनी ॥४७॥
The other assumed the form of lightning. She wore many arms. She was a huge and terrible goddess ready to punish the wicked.

ekA vidyutsvarUpA ca bahuhastasamanvitA ॥ bhayaMkarA mahAdevI duSTadaMDavidhAyinI ॥47॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptआयुधानि च सर्वाणि मोचितानि सुरैर्गणैः ॥ गृहीत्वा स्वमुखे तानि ताभ्यां शीघ्रं च चिक्षिपे ॥४८॥
The weapons hurled by the gods and the Gaṇas were caught in the mouth and hurled back at them.

AyudhAni ca sarvANi mocitAni surairgaNaiH ॥ gRhItvA svamukhe tAni tAbhyAM zIghraM ca cikSipe ॥48॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदेवायुधं न दृश्येत परिघः परितः पुनः ॥ एवं ताभ्यां कृतं तत्र चरितं परमाद्भुतम् ॥ ४९ ॥
None of the weapons of the gods was seen anywhere around the iron club of Gaṇeśa. This wonderful feat was performed by them.

devAyudhaM na dRzyeta parighaH paritaH punaH ॥ evaM tAbhyAM kRtaM tatra caritaM paramAdbhutam ॥ 49 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptएको बालोऽखिलं सैन्यं लोडयामास दुस्तरम् ॥ यथा गिरिवरेणैव लोडितस्सागरः पुरा ॥2-4-15-५०॥
A single boy stirred and churned the vast impassable army in the same manner as great mountain churned the ocean of milk formerly.

eko bAlo'khilaM sainyaM loDayAmAsa dustaram ॥ yathA girivareNaiva loDitassAgaraH purA ॥2-4-15-50॥
