योऽयं मातामहो मेऽद्य हिमवान्पर्वतोत्तमः ॥ तपस्विनां महाभागः फलदो हि भविष्यति ॥११॥
My maternal grandfather, the excellent mountain Himavat, will become the fortunate bestower of fruits to ascetics.
english translation
yo'yaM mAtAmaho me'dya himavAnparvatottamaH ॥ tapasvinAM mahAbhAgaH phalado hi bhaviSyati ॥11॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptदेवा ऊचुः ॥ एवं दत्त्वा वरान्हत्वा तारकं चासुराधिपम् ॥ त्वया कृताश्च सुखिनो वयं सर्वे चराचराः ॥१२॥
The gods said:By killing Tāraka the lord of Asuras, and by granting boons thus, all of us including the mobile and immobile beings have been made happy by you.
english translation
devA UcuH ॥ evaM dattvA varAnhatvA tArakaM cAsurAdhipam ॥ tvayA kRtAzca sukhino vayaM sarve carAcarAH ॥12॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptइदानीं खलु सुप्रीत्या कैलासं गिरिशालयम् ॥ जननी जनकौ द्रष्टुं शिवाशंभू त्वमर्हसि ॥ १३ ॥
Now, it behoves you to go to Kailāsa with great pleasure, to the abode of Śiva in order to see your mother and father Śiva and Pārvatī.
english translation
idAnIM khalu suprItyA kailAsaM girizAlayam ॥ jananI janakau draSTuM zivAzaMbhU tvamarhasi ॥ 13 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptब्रह्मोवाच॥ इत्युक्त्वा निखिला देवा विष्ण्वाद्या प्राप्तशासनाः ॥ कृत्वा महोत्सवं भूरि सकुमारा ययुर्गिरिम् ॥१४॥
Brahmā said: After saying thus and obtaining his permission, Viṣṇu and other gods went jubilantly to that mountain along with Kumāra.
english translation
brahmovAca॥ ityuktvA nikhilA devA viSNvAdyA prAptazAsanAH ॥ kRtvA mahotsavaM bhUri sakumArA yayurgirim ॥14॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptकुमारे गच्छति विभौ कैलासं शंकरालयम् ॥ महामंगलमुत्तस्थौ जयशब्दो बभूव ह ॥१५॥
When the lord Kumāra started to Kailāsa, the abode of Śiva, sounds of “Victory” arose indicating great auspiciousness.

kumAre gacchati vibhau kailAsaM zaMkarAlayam ॥ mahAmaMgalamuttasthau jayazabdo babhUva ha ॥15॥
