महेशशरणापन्ना ये जना मनसा मुदा ।। तेषां प्रजेशभक्तानां न कुतश्चिद्भयं क्वचित् ।।२६।।

O lord of subjects, the people who dedicate their minds to and seek refuge in Him joyously and devoutly have nothing to fear from any quarter.

english translation

mahezazaraNApannA ye janA manasA mudA || teSAM prajezabhaktAnAM na kutazcidbhayaM kvacit ||26||

शृंगारभंगस्समये भविता नाधुना विधे ।। कालप्रयुक्तं कार्यं च सिद्धिं प्राप्नोति नान्यथा ।। २७ ।।

The interruption to amorous dalliance will take place at the proper time, not now, O Brahmā. Any task carried out at the proper time shall be crowned with success, not otherwise.

english translation

zRMgArabhaMgassamaye bhavitA nAdhunA vidhe || kAlaprayuktaM kAryaM ca siddhiM prApnoti nAnyathA || 27 ||

शम्भोस्सम्भोगमिष्टं को भेदं कर्तुमिहेश्वरः ।। पूर्णे वर्षसहस्रे च स्वेच्छया हि विरंस्यति ।। २८ ।।

If the enjoyment is desired by Śiva who can check it? When another thousand years are completed He will desist from it, out of his own will.

zambhossambhogamiSTaM ko bhedaM kartumihezvaraH || pUrNe varSasahasre ca svecchayA hi viraMsyati || 28 ||

स्त्रीपुंसो रतिविच्छेदमुपायेन करोति यः ।। तस्य स्त्रीपुत्रयोर्भेदो भवेज्जन्मनि जन्मनि ।। २९ ।।

If any one separates the copulated pair by a tricky expedient, he will have the pangs of separation from his wife and sons in every birth.

strIpuMso rativicchedamupAyena karoti yaH || tasya strIputrayorbhedo bhavejjanmani janmani || 29 ||

भ्रष्टज्ञानो नष्टकीर्त्तिरलक्ष्मीको भवेदिह ।। प्रयात्यंते कालसूत्र वर्षलक्षं स पातकी ।। 2.4.1.३० ।।

He will fall from perfect wisdom. His glory will be destroyed. He will lose his fortune. That sinner after his death will suffer the tortures of the hell Kālasūtra for a hundred thousand years.
