शृंगारभंगस्समये भविता नाधुना विधे ॥ कालप्रयुक्तं कार्यं च सिद्धिं प्राप्नोति नान्यथा ॥ २७ ॥

sanskrit

The interruption to amorous dalliance will take place at the proper time, not now, O Brahmā. Any task carried out at the proper time shall be crowned with success, not otherwise.

english translation

zRMgArabhaMgassamaye bhavitA nAdhunA vidhe ॥ kAlaprayuktaM kAryaM ca siddhiM prApnoti nAnyathA ॥ 27 ॥
