।। ब्रह्मोवाच ।। तदित्युक्त्वा कामभस्म ददौ सग्रन्धिबन्धनम् ।। रुरोद पुरतश्शम्भोर्नाथ नाथेत्युदीर्य्य च ।। 2.3.51.१० ।।

sanskrit

Brahmā said: After saying thus she gave him the ashes of the cupid along with the bag in which they had been contained. “O lord, O lord”, saying thus she lamented much in front of Śiva.

english translation

|| brahmovAca || tadityuktvA kAmabhasma dadau sagrandhibandhanam || ruroda puratazzambhornAtha nAthetyudIryya ca || 2.3.51.10 ||
