तावत्सूर्यस्समायातश्शोभा तद्द्विगुणा दधत् ।। दृष्ट्वा तं प्राह सा सोयन्तांतु नेति त्वमब्रवीः ।।२८।।

By that time the Sun passed by with twice the splendour of the moon. On seeing him she said “It is he”. You said to her “No”.

english translation

tAvatsUryassamAyAtazzobhA taddviguNA dadhat || dRSTvA taM prAha sA soyantAMtu neti tvamabravIH ||28||
