त्वं चापि संकटे प्राप्तो व्यलीकं च गमिष्यसि ॥ मम सञ्जीवनं चाद्य भविष्यति कथं मृग ॥ ६१ ॥
You too will be in danger and will go astray How will I be revived today, deer?
english translation
मृग उवाच ॥ शृणु व्याध प्रवक्ष्यामि नानृतं विद्यते मयि ॥ सत्येन सर्वं ब्रह्माण्डं तिष्ठत्येव चराचरम् ॥ ६२॥
The stag said:— O hunter, listen, I shall explain. I do not utter lies. The entire universe including the mobile and immobile beings is steady, thanks to truth.
english translation
यस्य वाणी व्यलीका हि तत्पुण्यं गलितं क्षणात् ॥ तथापि शृणु वै सत्यां प्रतिज्ञां मम भिल्लक ॥ ६३ ॥
The merit of a liar melts away in a trice. Still O, hunter, listen to my truthful promise.

सन्ध्यायां मैथुने घस्रे शिवरात्र्यां च भोजने ॥ कूटसाक्ष्ये न्यासहारे संध्याहीने द्विजे तथा ॥ ६४ ॥
In the evening, in sexual intercourse, in the slip, and in the night of Lord Shiva, in eating. A false witness who steals trust and a twice-born person who does not have evening.

शिवहीनं मुखं यस्य नोपकर्ता क्षमोऽपि सन् ॥ पर्वणि श्रीफलस्यैव त्रोटनेऽभक्ष्यभक्षणे ॥ ६५ ॥
He whose face is devoid of Lord Shiva is not helpful even though he is forgiving On the festival day, when the fruit of the goddess of fortune is broken and when it is not eaten, it is eaten.
