Shiva Purana
सन्ध्यायां मैथुने घस्रे शिवरात्र्यां च भोजने ॥ कूटसाक्ष्ये न्यासहारे संध्याहीने द्विजे तथा ॥ ६४ ॥
In the evening, in sexual intercourse, in the slip, and in the night of Lord Shiva, in eating. A false witness who steals trust and a twice-born person who does not have evening.
english translation
sandhyAyAM maithune ghasre zivarAtryAM ca bhojane ॥ kUTasAkSye nyAsahAre saMdhyAhIne dvije tathA ॥ 64 ॥
